Am I a 5 Minute Nose Job™ candidate?
If when you look in the mirror, you do not like the shape, contour, balance and proportions of your nose and you have one or more of the anatomical variants described above, then you may be a good Injection “rhinoplasty” candidate. Expectations of shape and contour improvement must be realistic, as a surgical rhinoplasty is still the best and most long lasting option.
How is the 5 Minute Nose Job™ performed?
Dr. Rafael Diaz-Yoserev will apply anesthesia to your nose in the form of a topical "numbing cream". Once there is anesthesia to the nose the soft tissue filler is injected into those areas of the nose that will provide enhanced nasal contour and shape. Small support tapes may be placed on the nose for the first 24hours. Post treatment there might be some discomfort, bruising and swelling can be minimal to modest. The nose usually looks good immediately, but there is some degree of swelling and/or bruising for 24-48 hours or less. Down time is minimal, if any. The results will usually last more than a year. You may then perform another correction or touch-up.
Can I combine my 5 Minute Nose Job™ with other procedures?
Yes, the 5 Minute Nose Job™ goes well with the VolumaLift, with injection Volumization of the cheeks, chin, perioral area and under eyes may further enhance the appearance of the nose and the nasofacial balance. Botox, lip augmentation, Enhanced Skin Rejuvenation and other skin enhancement procedures may be combined at the same, or separate time.
Is the 5 Minute Nose Job™ safe?
The 5 Minute Nose Job™ is very safe, you may experience some bruising and swelling, as well as asymmetry (which is correctable), as well as a very remote chance of allergic reaction or infection. Lumpiness may occur, but is usually palpable and deep and not visible. Simple massage will usually correct any lumpiness. As a matter of fact, after the injection, if you should change your mind about your new appearance, the entire process can be reversed using another injection.
